October 19 – The Taste of Superior Kennesaw Plumbing will be held on November 5 from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. at 2829 Cherokee Street in downtown Kennesaw.
The event, presented by the Kennesaw Business Association and the Town of Kennesaw and produced by JRM Management Services, will feature samples from more than 20 local restaurants in the Kennesaw area and Cobb County.
Attendees can grab an adult drink at the Trackside Grill Beer Garden and enjoy food at restaurants including Carrabba’s Italian Grill, Copelands, Governor’s Gun Club, Bernie’s, Williamson Brothers BBQ, Viva Chicken, 1885 Grill, and Birdie’s Wings.
The Main Street entertainment scene will feature local music and entertainment throughout the day. There will be a wide variety of activities for children including a rock wall, inflatable slides and bouncers. Attendees can stroll through the Georgia Grown Member Village and discover fresh and unique finds.
The event will benefit five local charities: Shop with a Mustang, Shop with a Warrior, Shop with a Longhorn, the Jerry Worthan Community Christmas Fund and the Tommy Nobis Center.
Free entry. Food samples cost between $1 and $5 each.
Parking will be available throughout downtown as well as at Adams Park and the First Baptist Church in Kennesaw. Parking for disabled people will be in the Depot parking lot.
